Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, you can return your items within 15 days of receipt for a refund.


Return Process


1. CONTACT US

Contact us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt of the original order. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.


2. GET RETURN INSTRUCTION

Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you return address with the detailed instructions.


3. RETURNS THE GOODS

Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it according to the return instruction.


4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED

Refunds will be processed within 3 – 7 business days upon receiving your return at the warehouse. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Return Conditions

  1. Please Contact us (Divavibes2023@gmail.com) within 15 days starting from the day you have received your order.
  2. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  3. In view of the unique nature of dance shoes, we kindly request our customers to understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for shoes with soiled soles or tags that have been removed.
  4. We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
  5. Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Diva Vibes cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Diva Vibes. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
